Yoga Nidra every week at your place LIVE and/or on REPLAY

Yoga Nidra is an ancient sleep-based meditation technique that has the power to take you to the innermost, deepest levels of relaxation where your whole body and being is permeated by peace of mind and profound stillness.

WHEN: MONDAYS, 7.30pm AEDT (Melbourne) or find your timezone HERE

WHO: No prior yoga experience is required. Over 16’s of all abilites are welcome. 

WEAR: Super comfy loose clothes. (PJ’s totally acceptable!) 

BRING: 1 or 2 blankets, eye pillow a quiet room. Emma will go over anything else you need to know before we begin. Feel free to ask any questions. 

PRICE: $12 – 25 per class depending on pass option you choose.

In this 6 weeks you will discover the fundamental tools of Yoga Nidra and experience how regular practice effortlessly nourishes and reduces stress.  

Single session attendance is welcome. However, continued regular practice is always encouraged for the most benefits.  

REPLAY: A link with the replay is emailed to you within 48hours of the live sessions and is available for 7 days. Totally up to you if you decide to attend live or catch the reply later. NB. If you want to receive the replay, please ensure you are booked into the class.

Join us for an afternoon of deep rest and soul nurturing.  No prior yoga experience necessary. Over 16’s of all abilities are welcome.  

Adrenal Healing Series is meditation in motion. A simple blend of mindful breath based movements to bring balance and deep replenishment to your whole system. 

Yoga Nidra is an effortless, sleep-based ancient meditation technique taking you to your innermost, deepest levels of relaxation where your whole body and being is permeated by peace of mind and profound stillness.
