Weekly class

No problem, Yoga Nidra is available to anyone, of all abilities. Your only ‘job’ is to make yourself as comfortable as possible.  

  1. Make sure you are booked into the class you wish to attend or receive the replay for. (Purchasing a pass doesn’t book you into the class)
  2. Do any updates to your Zoom account. 
  3. Ensure you won’t be interrupted for the duration of your practice.  Let your family or housemates know what you are up to and put your pets in another room.
  4. Give yourself 10-15 mins before class starts. Blankets and props at hand, and take a few breaths before logging on to the call. You might like to also think about your intention for the practice. It could be as simple as to rest, relax, be present, open, stay alert….what ever comes to mind first. 
 
NB: Its best to do make sure you are organised a day or more before the class. Emma is not available to help with sign up issues, lost links, etc after 6pm on the day of the class. The details you need are in the receipt you received when you purchased your pass. Click ‘schedule’ and you are away. 

The replay is emailed to you within 24 hours of the live class. It is simply a link that you click on and can watch straight away from any device. You have access for 7 days. 


NB. To receive the replay via email you need be booked into a class. Totally up to you if you decide to attend live or catch the replay at another time. 

No worries. Its really not as scary as it seems. We recommend you do the following a day before the class. 

  1. Sign up for a free zoom account HERE
  2. Familiarise with yourself with Zoom before the class. 
  3. Come to class 10 mins early to allow for any tech difficulties (There probably want be any, but just incase) 
  4. Relax: We are a bunch of freindly faces, you cant get it wrong……you’ll learn as you go. 

You’ll find the zoom link in the email you received when you booked your class. The email will come from scheduling scheduling@acuityscheduling.com (Please check your spam if you haven’t seen it) 

Simply click on the link when you are ready to join the class. 

 

TIP: Add the invite to your calendar in just a few clicks. Then the zoom link will be right there when you need it. No scrolling through emails trying to find it before class. 

Monthly Workshop

Mats are provided. 

Bring:

  • 2 blankets 
  • 1 cushion (for your head)

Optional:

  • Eye pillow or light scarf (for shading your eyes) 
  • Bolster for under the knees (if you have one) 

Absolutely! These workshops are an opportunity to rest and replenish and are available to all abilities.

The adrenal healing series is done in standing and sitting postures and accommodate all abilities. If you can not stand for any length of time it is totally acceptable to lie or sit down. If you have any specific questions, just be in touch. HERE

SINGLE CLASS only 

  1. Choose SINGLE CLASS
  2. Set your time zone 
  3. Click the date you wish to attend
  4. Complete purchase
  5. You will be sent an email from acuity scheduling. In this email confirmation will be your Zoom link and option to add to all details to your calendar (handy so you not searching through emails for the zoom link later!
 
 
4 week pass, 3 & 6 month passes
  1. Select WEEKLY PASS OPTIONS
  2. Set your time zone
  3. Complete purchase
  4. You will be sent an email from acuity scheduling. Click on ‘schedule’ to be taken to book the classes you wish to attend. Use the code in this email if you choose not to login.
  5. You will receive an email with your dates you booked. Here you will find your Zoom link and option to add all details to your calendar (handy so you not searching through emails for the zoom link later!)
